Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if work has not yet started or in the event of a confirmed failure to deliver the agreed service within the selected delivery timeframe (Standard, Express, or Urgent).

If a delay occurs without prior notice or agreement, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided once work has begun or when dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences rather than a failure to meet the original instructions.

Refunds are also not granted for:

  • Minor stylistic differences

  • Changes in instructions after order confirmation

  • Outcomes beyond our control (e.g., grades, job offers, business results)

3. Revision First Approach

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to request a revision in accordance with our revision policy.

Refund requests may be declined if a reasonable revision opportunity has not been provided.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days).

Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate.
